Yuriy Zacchia Lun, PhD

Research collaborator at the IMT Lucca

Yuriy is a postdoc at the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, Italy, within the SysMA research unit.

He has been a visiting PhD student at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Oxford within the OXCAV group (Feb. 2017 - Jul. 2017).

Yuriy received his PhD in computer science from the Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI), Italy, in 2017 and MEng in telecommunications engineering from University of L’Aquila, Italy, in 2012.

His research is focused on automatic control of stochastic hybrid systems, formal methods and security in cyber-physical domain.

When not at his desk Yuriy most likely surfing the waves of Versilia or exploring other wonders of Tuscany.
